By accessing or using ttapp ("the Service"), operated by mogee, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
ttapp is a remote development tool that enables users to send commands from a mobile device to a desktop application running Claude Code. The Service includes mobile apps (Android, iOS), desktop apps (macOS, Windows), and web-based management tools.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
ttapp offers a free plan and a paid Premium plan. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment partner, Paddle. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by mogee and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your code and project data remain your property.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. mogee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or code.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings, which will permanently remove all associated data.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

If you are not satisfied with your Premium subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. No questions asked.
To request a refund, contact us at thewinnerple@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Please include your account email and the reason for your request.
After the 30-day refund window, you may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Upon cancellation, your Premium benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (typically 5-10 business days).
